Construction of 4nr semi detached houses on Strand Road, Portmarnock, Co. Dublin.
Traditional build construction methods with modern technology including air to water heat pumps and heat recovery units to a high standard to achieve a BER rating of A2.
High ceilings and doors, customs painted kitchens with marble countertops mixed with large open planned living and high quality fittings and materials give these houses a luxurious effect across all three floors.

Rathbeale Grove, Swords, Co. Dublin

Description:
Construction of 12 houses at Swords, Co Dublin. Broomfield built a mixture of 3 bed and 4 bed houses including all roads, footpaths, services and landscaping of gardens and communal areas.
The houses achieved a BER Rating of A3 and were all masonry built and each were completed inside of 20 weeks.

Stockwell Lane Apartments, Drogheda, Co. Louth

Description:
Refurbishment of 6no. Apartments in the centre of Drogheda town in a confined site next to the Boyne river.
The existing structure required internal propping with a steel frame in order for demolition and re-instatement works to begin. All materials used were to suit the surrounding locality and to suit the original patina of the building so not to lose its character.
The project improved the efficiency of the building to meet modern standards and extended the lifetime of the structure further.

 

Rockfield Heights Kingscourt, Co.Cavan

Description:
The project was started in 2009 and was split up into 3 seperate phases - 10no. 4 bed homes, 12no. 3 bed homes and 12no. 2 bed apartments with two drive in garage door entrances. The last phase, the aparments was recently completed in 2014. The houses were timber frame consrtuction with a block outer leaf while the apartments were cut into the side of a steep hill using reinforced concrete beams, slabs and mass concrete walls to retain the earth and support the structure.

Broomfield Construction Ltd developed and constructed 8nr luxury four and five bedroom houses in Springfield Court, Church Lane, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan.
These state of the art houses were built to a very high standard and specification and were quickly sold on the market.

Description:
Works included the construction of twenty nine 2-3 bedroom residential apartments with ensuite bathrooms, kitchen/dining room, living room and guest WC located on top of a multi storey shopping complex.
All works were carried out within a strict timeframe and access was restricted but a high standard build was maintained.
