Jason Reilly

 Managing Director

Jason began his career with Broomfield Construction Ltd in 2003 working on a large number of projects. He has substantial experience with this company and quickly obtained a leading Project Management Role with Broomfield Construction Ltd. Jason became the Managing Director in 2016 and oversees the construction contracts, manages the health and safety aspects of the company and recently lead Broomfield to obtaining Safe T Cert Accreditation. He is also a chartered member of the CIOB and is very keen on continuing his and the companies professional development.


Colm O'Reilly

Commercial Director

Colm began his career with John Sisk & Son Ltd in 2005 working on a large number of projects and gained substantial experience with this company. He joined Broomfield in 2011 as a quantity surveyor and in 2013 he was promoted to Commercial Manager. In 2016 Colm became a Director with Broomfield Construction and looks after the financial end of the company.


Hugh Ward

Construction Director

Hugh has joined Broomfield Construction in 2020 as our Construction Director after a very successful career with Sonica as their Operations Director. Hugh brings an experience and professionalism to the company and will lead our efficiency in project management, quality control and environmental management across all projects.


Kevin Hoey

Senior Project Manager

Kevin began his career in 2008 with Broomfield Construction after obtaining his degree from Dundalk Institute of Technology. He secured a full time position and leading role with Broomfield Construction as a Contracts Manager & Engineer and is highly valued within the company. He has since become the Senior Project Manager within the company and leads all construction projects with Hugh Ward.


Emmet Reilly

Head of Design

Emmet leads all design and technical aspects of the company including Design & Build, BIM, CDE mgmt and setup, structural detailing, BCAR, Quality, Environmental & H&S Mgmt Systems which are ISO accredited since 2020, bid mangagement and technical issues or details of elements of all construction projects that need attention  to detail and design resources.


Peadar McCluskey

Construction Manager

Peadar started with Broomfield in early 2016 and he came to us as a highly skilled and proficient project manager. Peadar started his career as a carpenter and has since obtained a construction management degree which gives him a very sound knowledge of all aspects of construction management and skill.


Niall McKeon

Construction Manager

Niall as our Construction Manager manages our larger projects. He will liaise with the client,  design team and construction team to ensure all is built to plan, quality and expected standards. He has a great eye for detail and problem solving. He will forward plan his projects and ensures all runs smoothly and efficiently.


Sean Smyth

Site Manager

Sean has worked on all of Broomfield Constructions major projects. Sean supervises and coordinates all works carried out on site, primarily concerned with seeing that the workers under them do their job skillfully and efficiently, and that assigned work progresses on schedule.


Paddy Hanratty

Site Manager

Site Manager for our industrial projects. Paddy supervises and co-ordinates all works carried out on site, primarily concerned with seeing that the workers under them do their job skillfully and efficiently, and that assigned work progresses on schedule.


Martin McCallister

Health & Safety Officer

Martin has worked with Broomfield for a number of years and in 2016 he was promoted to health and safey officer after he completed his training. He works in liason with the site management team and ensures our standards, practices a training are kept up to date and to a very high quality. Broomfield Construction achieved Safe T Cert accreditation in 2016 and Martin is directly invloved in ensuring we maintain and improve on these standards year on year.


Emma McKeon

Accounts Manager & Administration

Emma started with Broomfield in early 2017 and comes to us as a highly skilled accounts manager. She has proven very successful at managing and maintaining all aspects of our admin tasks.


Brendan McGeough

M&E Services Co-Ordinator

Brendan, as our M&E Services Co-Ordinator manages the services packages on selected projects.
